Refund Policy

At Harvest Priorities, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

General Refund Policy

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below. Refunds are issued at our discretion and in accordance with this policy.

Physical Products

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. 

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. 

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

​Due to the nature of our products, all food items and herbal tinctures are non-refundable and non-returnable. 

Because these products are perishable and intended for consumption, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. This policy is in place to comply with health and safety regulations and to ensure the quality and integrity of our products for all customers.

Exceptions:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly review the situation and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. 

​

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial of the refund.

Digital Products & Downloads

 Due to the nature of digital products (downloads, courses, templates, files, memberships):

All digital sales are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated

No refunds will be issued once access or download has been provided

​

Services, Classes, or Appointments

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund

Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable

Refunds for partially completed services are not provided

​

Subscriptions & Memberships

You may cancel your subscription at any time

Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund previous payments

Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered for:

  • Duplicate charges

  • technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved

  • Defective or incorrect items received

All exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

​

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
