Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to United States only.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Harvest Priorities is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to assist with filing a claim if needed.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
